This is the contract between me and Master Harold von Auerbach.This is a pretty good example of a traditional indenture paper. As you can see the top part ( his part) is actually torn, he did that after I was elevated. This morning I also halved my bit and now wherethere were once two pieces of a whole there are four.

If ever I do up a contract in an SCA context I will definitely do it as an indenture.
